安装Dreamweaver出错解决办法
重装系统后，好多软件都不能用了，今天开始看PHP，要重新装下dreamweaver了。
启动setup.exe，提示无法访问windows installer，于是手动把installer启动了，结果还是老样子，网上搜了下，解决办法很简单：升级windows installer。
不知道系统盘里的是什么版本，反正最新的是4.5 08年6月出的，更新后就没有上面的问题啦

看到这个东西的时候，顺便想更新下framework,结果也提示需要更高版本的windows installer，所以啦，升级下还是有必要的。
